Delta Mile
Privacy Policy
This policy covers the Android game Delta Mile (package se.arxify.deltarun). It is written in English because the game and its store listing are in English.
Who is responsible
The data controller for the processing described here is:
- Arxify AB, company registration number 559399-8122
- Solnavägen 29G, 171 45 Solna, Sweden
- info@arxify.se
The short version
Arxify collects nothing about you. The game has no accounts, no sign-in, no analytics and no servers of its own. The only data that ever leaves your device is what Google needs in order to show ads — and in the EU that only happens after you have said yes.
What stays on your device
The game saves a small amount of data in local storage on your phone. It is never transmitted anywhere and is deleted when you uninstall the app.
- Settings — control mode, camera mode, and your music and engine volume levels.
- Progress — your best times, ghost-race runs and scores.
Advertising
Delta Mile shows ads through Google AdMob. There are two placements: a full-screen ad between some stages, and an optional rewarded video you can choose to watch for an extra retry. There are no banner ads, and no ad is ever shown while you are driving.
To serve and measure those ads, Google may process your advertising ID, IP address, approximate location derived from it, device and app information, and how you interacted with the ad. Arxify never receives this data — we only see aggregate revenue figures. What Google does with it is described in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services and in the Google Privacy Policy.
Your consent, and how to change it
If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, the game asks for your consent the first time you open it, using Google’s own consent form. No ad is requested before you have answered. Declining personalised ads does not lock you out of any part of the game.
You can change your answer at any time: Menu → Ad privacy settings on the title screen, or the gear button while playing. The same choices reopen, and the new answer applies immediately.
You can also reset your advertising ID, or opt out of ad personalisation entirely, in Android under Settings → Google → Ads.
Permissions the app asks for
- Internet and network state — used only to fetch ads. The game itself is fully offline and plays without a connection.
- Advertising ID — used by the Google Mobile Ads SDK, as described above.
- Keep the screen on — so the display does not sleep mid-race.
Children
Delta Mile is not directed to children. It is not designed for, aimed at, or marketed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect any data from them.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, erase and object to the processing of your personal data. Since Arxify holds no personal data about you, requests about ad data are best directed to Google. For anything else, or to ask us a question about this policy, write to info@arxify.se or to Arxify AB, Solnavägen 29G, 171 45 Solna, Sweden.
If you believe your data has been handled unlawfully you may lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), imy.se.
United States state privacy rights
If you live in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah or another state with a comprehensive privacy law, the following applies to you in addition to everything above.
Through Google’s advertising SDK, these categories of personal information may be collected: identifiers (your advertising ID and IP address), coarse geolocation derived from that IP address, internet and application activity (which ads you saw and interacted with), and technical device information. Arxify receives none of it — only aggregate revenue reporting.
We do not sell personal information for money, and we never have. However, showing you personalised ads may count as a “sale” or as “sharing for cross-context behavioural advertising” under some state laws. You can turn that off:
- In the game — Menu → Ad privacy settings, on the title screen or behind the gear while playing.
- On your device — Android Settings → Google → Ads, where you can opt out of ad personalisation or delete your advertising ID entirely.
You also have the right to know what is collected, to correct it, to request deletion, and to appeal a decision we make about such a request. We will never give you a worse experience in the game for exercising any of these rights. Since Arxify holds no personal data about you, requests about advertising data are best made to Google; for anything else, write to info@arxify.se.
We do not knowingly collect or share the personal information of anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
If the game changes in a way that affects this policy, this page is updated and the date below changes with it. Material changes are also noted in the app’s release notes on Google Play.
